What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, age, sex, height, weight, your goal, any medical conditions you mention, your preferred language, your preferred contact time, and your message.
We also record the page you came from, your country, and a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself). The hash is used only to spot spam.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your enquiry and to let our team, dietitians and doctor prepare for your consultation. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who sees it
The Zara Health team: the staff who answer enquiries, our dietitians and the consulting doctor. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the data on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer useful for your care. Ask us and we will remove them.
Your choices
Write to us at the number below to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies at all, for advertising, analytics or anything else. The public pages store nothing in your browser. If you use the diet plan tool, the plan you save stays in your own browser and is never uploaded to us — clearing your browser data will remove it.
Google Maps
Parts of this site display reviews and place information supplied by Google Maps. Google's own handling of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which apply to that content.
Health information
Anything you tell us about your health is treated as sensitive. It is shared only with the dietitian and doctor involved in your care, and we ask for your consent before it is recorded. This website is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
