Food that works alongside your treatment.

Diabetes, BP, cholesterol, thyroid, fatty liver, uric acid, kidney stones and PCOD — a diet plan built around your reports and your medication, with follow-up three times a day.

Lab reports and a blood pressure monitor on a table
This is where it starts — your reports and your current medication.

We are not your treating doctor.

Most clinics are vague about this, so here it is in plain words before anything else.

  • What we do

Build the food plan, follow up three times a day, and watch how the readings move over weeks and months.

  • What the doctor here does

Looks at your reports in consultation, and tells you when something belongs with your treating doctor.

  • What we never do

Tell you to stop, reduce or change medication. That decision belongs to the doctor who prescribed it.

  • What we do not promise

That you will stop tablets, or a timeline for anything. Bodies and conditions differ.

What we watch, and what changes.

What we watchWhat changes
Type 2 diabetesWhat we watchFasting and post-meal readings, HbA1cWhat changesWhich rice, how much, what with, and in what order. Rice stays.
Cholesterol & fatty liverWhat we watchLipid profile, liver scan or SGPT, waistWhat changesFried snacks, refined flour and late heavy dinners.
PCOD / PCOSWhat we watchCycle dates as well as weightWhat changesWeight, cycles and insulin resistance — together.
BP & thyroidWhat we watchHome BP readings, TSH, weight, sleepWhat changesSalt, meal timing and the shape of the day. Medication stays where your doctor put it.
Uric acidWhat we watchUric acid readings, water intakeWhat changesHow much and how often of certain meats, fish and pulses.

Two or three of these together is the normal case. A plan that fixes one reading by worsening another is not a plan — they are looked at together.

Someone checks in, three times a day.

Anyone can hand you a diet chart. Keeping to it is the hard part. Three times a day you send us what you ate. Your dietitian reviews it, and corrects it if needed.

A normal day

  1. MorningYou send your breakfast. We review it.
  2. AfternoonYou send your lunch. We review it.
  3. NightYou send your dinner. We correct anything that needs it.

Choose how long we stay with you.
