Results described on this site are individual experiences, not promises. What you achieve depends on your health, how closely you follow the plan, and factors outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

The diet plan generator on this site is an internal tool for our dietitians. Plans it produces are guidance for a specific named client and should not be followed by anyone else.
